摘  要:目的:研究黄芪精对实验动物胃粘膜的保护作用。方法:测定胃粘膜损伤指数、胃液量、胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性。结果:黄芪精(1.25~5.0g·kg-1^(-1),ig)可剂量依赖性抑制95%乙醇(小鼠)和幽门结扎(大鼠)诱发的实验性胃粘膜损伤,但对大鼠胃液量、胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性无明显影响。黄芪精可协同西味替丁对胃粘膜的保护作用。结论;黄芪精与西咪替丁联用可治疗消化性溃疡。OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effects of Huang Qi Jing(HQJ) on gastric mu-cus in animals. METHOD:To be evaluated by the lesion index of gastric mucus and to be deter-mined of the volume and acidity of gastric juice and activity of pepsin. RESULT:In general depen-dently dose at 1.25 to5 g ?kg-1,7 d, ig,HQJ counld inhibit the gastric mucus injury to be induced by ethanol in mice and by pylolic ligation in rats. No signification differences were observed to HQJ influence secretion of the volume,acidity of gastric juice and activity of pepsin. It had shown promoting action HQJ with Cimetidine(Cim.) on the protective gastric mucus in mice. CONCLU-SION: The synergism had be observed HQJ with Cim. ,it might contribute to the drug therapy of gastric ulcer.
