摘  要:运用ISOMED 2000等速肌力系统对杭州绿城足球俱乐部18名运动员下肢膝关节肌力进行测试。为教练员进一步了解运动员主要专项肌群的实际能力和训练水平,同时出为足球运动员专项力量训练提供科学依据。结果表明:①足球运动员膝关节左右两侧屈肌发展不平衡,提示足球运动员需要加强膝关节屈肌的训练。②在角速度60°/s条件下足球运动员左侧膝关节屈肌峰力矩/伸肌峰力矩(H/Q)不合理,容易造成膝关节损伤,在力量训练中需要注意屈伸肌群合理发展。③足球运动员在下肢力量训练和其他专项训练中应该提高动作速度以提高肌群整体做功功率。The isokinetic double knee flexion and extension of Hangzhou Greentown football club 18 athletes were measured.It tries to find out the foundation of football scientific training,and also tries to know the training level of football players' double knee specific strength.The results indicated three points:①There is unbalanced developing of football players'double knee flexion joints,prompting the football players need to bend the training of knee.②The H/Q of football players'left knee joints is unbalanced in the angular speed of 60°/s,that is easy to a knee injury.So players need to pay attention to balanced development of knee flexion and extension in the training.③Football players need to increased movement speed to increasing the overall work of power in the legs' strength training and other specialized training.
