摘　　要：近几年来,随着国家西部大开发战略的实施,城镇化、工业化步伐加快,在快速推进城市化进程中,西部地区商业银行的改革发展也取得了长足进步,各项经营和管理工作都有了一个质的飞跃。但是,西部地区商业银行在面临前所未有的大好发展机遇的同时,也面临着市场竞争新形势带来的巨大压力和严峻挑战。本文通过提出一些商业银行的经营策略,促进西部地区商业银行实现又好又快的发展。With the implementation of the western development strategy, the process of urbanization and industrialization has been accelerating in recent years, during which the reform of commercial banks in western region has made great progress, and management work has been a qualitative leap as well. However, the unprecedented development opportunities also bring commercial banks in western region great pressure and challenges created by the new situation of the market competition. This paper attempts to put forward a variety of business strategies in order to promote sound and fast development of the commercial banks in western China.
