中西医结合序贯疗法治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察中西医结合序贯法和单用西药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 80例患者按随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组先口服泛昔洛韦,接受刺络放血并紫外线照射,然后再接受脉冲超声波治疗,对照组口服药物泛昔洛韦。试验结束后,对两组患者的疼痛、睡眠、皮损情况及不良反应进行综合评价。结果对照组痊愈14例、显效15例、进步9例、无效2例,观察组治愈23例、显效14例、进步2例、无效1例,两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(u=2.42,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的疼痛、皮损、睡眠积分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2例、对照组1例患者口服泛昔洛韦后感轻度头晕、恶心、腹胀、便秘等症状,次日症状缓解。观察组2例患者行超声治疗时发生了局部水肿。结论与单纯西药治疗比较,中西医结合序贯法治疗带状疱疹在疼痛、皮损和睡眠方法的效果较好,且不良反应较少。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of sequential therapy integrated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for treatment of Herpes Zoster.Methods Eighty patients were equally randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with sequential therapy integrated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.In the observation group,patients was initially administered with famciclovir,followed by pricking blood therapy combined with ultraviolet irradiation,and finally treated with pulse ultrasonic therapy.The control group was given famciclovir only.At the end of treatment cycle,the therapeutic outcomes were evaluated and the pain,sleep quality,skin rash,and other adverse reactions were observed.Results In the control group,14 patients were cured,15 were markedly improved,9 were improved,and 2 were not responsive.In the observation group showed significantly better outcomes： the corresponding figures were 23,14,2,and 1,respectively.（u=2.42,P0.05）.After treatment,the scores of pain（VAS）,skin rash and sleep decreased significantly in both two groups（bothP0.01）,and such decreases were more significant in the observation group than in the control group（P0.05）.Two patients in the observation group and one patient in control group reported transient dizziness,nausea,abdominal distention,and constipation after the oral administration of famciclovir.Two patients in the observation group experienced edema on therapeutic site after pulse ultrasonic therapy.Conclusion Compared with the simple western medicine-based therapy,the sequential therapy integrated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has better effectiveness and less adverse reactions in treating Herpes zoster.
