摘 要:压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板作为一种组合结构有着很大的优越性,不仅可以充分发挥钢材的抗拉性能和混凝土的抗压性能,同时压型钢板可以作为模板使用,方便施工,提高工程进度。为了研究将再生混凝土应用到压型钢板-混凝土组合板中的可能性,设计了6块压型钢板-再生混凝土组合楼板,完成了静力试验,分析了不同剪跨比对纵向抗剪承载力的影响,得到组合板的荷载-纵向相对滑移关系曲线。采用欧洲规范4的建议公式,以试验数据为依据,回归得出再生混凝土组合楼板的剪力粘结系数m,k,为压型钢板再生混凝土组合板的工程设计提供参考依据。Steel deck concrete composite slab is a form of composite structure and it can be used conveniently in the construction engineering as a formwork reducing the construction period to improve the progress. In this composite structure the properties of steel and concrete can be fully utilized. In order to investigate the promotion of recycled aggregate in the steel deck concrete composite slabs, six cold formed steel deck-recycled composite slabs were designed and tested under the static loading. Based on the test results, the effects of shear-span to depth ratio on the failure mode as well as the relationship between the longitudinal slide and load were investigated. The shearing bond coefficients m and k in formula suggested by Eurocode 4 were regressed and discussed, which can be applied in the practical design.
