摘 要:水电站水轮机转轮室由于泥沙和空蚀的联合作用而损坏,降低了机组效率,危及机组安全.采用现场修复与整体拆除换新相比,可缩短修复时间和降低修复成本.针对巨大的转轮室直径和机组水工基础条件,现场修复加工的专用机床采用特殊的悬挂支撑方式,对称的两个转臂实现双刀同步圆周数控切削加工.机床采用模块式机械结构,满足不同机组转轮室的直径测量和加工要求.Because the cavitation erosion and sediment effect, the water turbine runner chamber may be damaged so as to reduce the unit efficiency and endanger the safety of the unit. Compared with integral dismantle replacement, in-situ repairing can shorten repairing time and reduce the cost. As to the large size of runner chamber diameter and hydro-generator base conditions, the inner surface processing machine adopts a special method to support the suspension. And the two symmetrical rotating arm can make the double circular realize NC machining synchronization. There is also a modular machine tool to satisfy different units of the turbine runner chamber diameter measuring and interior surface processing requirements.
