摘　　要：人工泪液等局部用药在干眼的治疗中有着重要作用。综述了近年来关于干眼治疗局部常用药的研究进展和有待解决的问题。Administering topical drugs such as artificial tears play a important role in the treatment of dry eye. A series of literature was reviewed on advancement of treatment of dry eye with topical drugs, and the questions that should be resolve were discussed. It may be considered that traditional Chinese medicine will play an important role in the topical treatment of dry eye.
