摘　　要：目的考察牛膝总皂苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。方法大鼠连续灌胃维甲酸造成实验性骨质疏松模型,牛膝总皂苷按30、100、300 mg·kg^-1剂量给药,观察各组大鼠活动情况和体重变化,测定骨密度和骨钙、骨磷含量。结果牛膝总皂苷可改善骨质疏松大鼠的一般情况,能显著增加其体重和骨密度,升高骨钙、骨磷含量。结论牛膝总皂苷有明显的防治维甲酸所致骨质疏松作用。Aim To explore the preventive and curative effects of achyranthes bidentata saponins（ABS） on osteoporosis induced by re-tioic acid in rats.Methods Osteoporosis models in rats were induced by retioic acid.The rats were observed and bone density and con-tents of Ca and P were measured.ABS were given to the rats at doses of 30,100,300 mg·kg^-1.Results Compared with model group,ABS could markedly prevent mineral missing and increase the bone density of the rats with osteoporosis.Conclusion Achyranthes biten-tata saponins have the effects of preventing and treating osteoporosis induced by retioic acid in rats.
