锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折后的疗效及失败原因。方法 2006年10月～2009年10月,应用锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折122例,142肢,其中男性80例,女性42例,分别应用于股骨,胫骨,肱骨及尺桡骨骨折。结果 142肢中有135肢骨折愈合,愈合率达95.07%。出现断板6肢,钉板松动1肢,断板的发生率4.23%。有5肢断板1肢钉板松动发生在肱骨骨折的病人肢体上;只有一肢断板发生在股骨骨折肢体的上。结论锁定接骨板适合大多数长管状骨骨折治疗,对胫骨骨折、尺骨和桡骨骨折、股骨骨折效果良好。但在治疗肱骨骨折特别是肱骨中段骨折肢体时,并非最佳适应证。Aim To explore the causes of curative effects and failure of fixation after treatment of the four-limb diaphysial fracture.Methods 122 cases（80 male,42 female）,142 limbs with four-limb diaphysial fracture were treated with locked plate from Oct,2006 to Oct,2009,and the locked plates were fixed in fractures of femur,tibia,humerus,ulna and radius respectively.Results 135 from 142 limbs fractures had been healed.The healing rate is up to 95.07%.There were 6 broken plates,1 loosing of screw and plate.The rate of broken plates is 4.23%,and most of which,that is 5 happened on humeral fractures,only 1 broken plate happened on the femur.Conclu-sion Locked plates can be largely used in most of the four-limb diaphysial fracture.It achieves good results for femural fractures,tibial fractures,ulnar and radial fractures.But it is not the best indication to treat humeral fractures,especially middle-part humeral fractures.
