摘　　要：针对目前地铁自动售票机中,国内外主要应用下刮式发卡模块的现象和缺点,设计一种新型的上刮式发卡模块。从设计思想,设计的关键技术方法和实现思路出发,重点介绍控制部分,采用LPC2214(ARM7)为CPU的上刮票封闭式方卡发送模块的硬、软件设计;从上刮式方卡发送模块的控制难点着手,通过巧妙的机械设计运用胡克定律,选择弹簧,通过误差分析,使上刮式方卡发送模块的储票桶能够稳定供票。View of the current AFC, descried of the main applications of the phenomenon and defects about the lower scraping module at home and abroad, designed of a new type upper scraping module. Descried the control about the module hardware and software design based on LPC2214 （ARMT） from the designing ideas and methods; proceeded on the difficult control from the upper scraping module, through the clever design of Hooke＇s Law, selected the spring, through the error analysis, so that supplied a stable ticket of the upper scraping module to barrels of storaging.
