摘　　要：基础设施建设落后是制约城镇化进度的瓶颈。本文试图构建城镇化过程中基础设施投资效率的评价体系,并以湖南省为主要对象研究,在对其1991～2007年间基础设施投资的深入分析的基础上,进行了DEA投资效率的实证计算和分析。在此基础上提出城镇化过程中基础设施投资效率的评价体系,提高投资效率,加快城镇化过程。Underdeveloped infrastructure construction can be the bottleneck of urbanization.The paper tries to construct an evaluation system about the investment efficiency of infrastructure construction by making a case study of Hunan Province.Based on the analysis of infrastructure investment from1999 to 2007,the paper makes an empirical calculation and analysis of DEA model,on the basis of which it proposes an evaluation system and offers advice on improving the efficiency and speeding up urbanization.
