摘　　要：本文以我国基础设施资产证券化融资为研究对象,根据SPV的不同组织形式,提出了信托型SPT模式、公司型SPC模式、离岸型SPV模式三种不同的资产证券化交易构架并进行具体设计,并且在对比每种模式特点和优势的基础上对三种模式在实践中的应用进行了具体分析。This article in the mbs financing of infrastructure for research objects,according to different spv organization,and trust spt model,type the type of spc patterns,the model pattern spv three different types of the mbs trade framework and specific design in contrast,and every one of the pattern characteristics and advantage of the three modes in practice of the application for a specific analysis.
