从经济学角度对大学生校外租房现象的思考

摘　　要：大学生校外租房问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注。文章试从需求和供给两方面探讨了大学生校外租房的成因,并从成本角度分析了大学生校外租房的效应,最终提出高校应从加快后勤改革步伐、突出人本管理等方面应对大学生校外租房。College students＇ renting off campus has caught widespread attention in society.This paper attempts to explore the reasons for college students＇ renting off campus from the angle of demand and supply,and analyze the effects of the renting from the perspective of cost,thus proposing that,in response to college students＇ renting off campus,universities should speed up the pace of logistics reform,highlight human-centered management and so on.
