摘　　要：企业成败与否和人的因素紧密相关。打造品牌,人本管理是关键。本文从人本管理与团队精神的内涵及两者关系入手,论述了团队精神培育的途径、原则和作用,以此强调团队精神的重要性。The success of enterprises is closely related with the human factor.Humanistic management is critical for making brand.Beginning with the connotations and the relationship between humanistic management and teamwork spirit,this paper illustrates the pathway,the principle,and the function of team spirit in order to emphasize the importance of team spirit.
