摘　　要：采用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取中药材京大戟(Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr)的化学成分,经硅胶、ODS柱色谱法等分离纯化,共得到7种化合物,分别为3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4'-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(1)、3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸(3)、阿魏酸二十八酯(4)、大戟二烯醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)和胡萝卜苷(7).理化性质和光谱数据鉴定表明,除了β-谷甾醇外,其余化合物均首次从该植物中获得。Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr was isolated and purified by means of column chromatography on silica gel,ODS etc.Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 3,3＇-di-O-methyl ellagic acid-4＇-O-β-Dxylopyranoside（1）,3,3＇-di-O-methyl ellagic acid-4＇-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（2）,3,3＇-di-O-methyl ellagic acid（3）,octacosyl ferulate（4）,euphol（5）,β-sitosterol（6） and daucost-erol（7）.All the compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectral data,and they were all isolated from Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr for the first time except β-sitosterol.
