摘 要:随着城农网改造的不断深化,越来越多的35kV老变电所进行了无人值守的改造,在实现电力企业减员增效、提高劳动生产率、促进电网安全稳定等方面起到了积极作用,并取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。但是老的变电所在设备上很难达到远程操作的要求,特别是电容器第二组的投切,在原有隔离开关控制的基础上就无法达到远程投切,而每次派操作人员去现场操作或采取无人值守有人值班的方式,在人员及经济方面将是一笔不小的开支,这样就失去了无人值守的意义。本文就作者所参与的一项技术革新,简述了利用远动技术实现电容器分组投切的全过程。With the continuous deepening of rural and city power grid reform,more and more 35kV old substations make unattended transformation,which plays a positive role in reducing staff to improve efficiency of power company,improving productivity,and promoting security and stability of power grid,and achieves remarkable economic and social benefits.But the old substations in device are very difficult to meet the requirements of remote operation,in particular,the second group of capacitor switching,on the basis of the original isolating switch control not achieving remote switching.Then sending operation personnel to field each time or taking someone on duty unattended mode,it needs a no small expenditure in personnel and economic aspects so that the unattended mode loses meaning.In this paper,involved a technology innovation,the whole process of achieving capacitor switching by use of remote technology is outlined.
