摘　　要：将经过改性具有一定粘接性的聚乙烯粉末喷涂到环氧粉末涂层上的双层粉末复合涂层结构，综合环氧粉末和聚乙烯涂层的优点，简化了成型工艺，提高了性能，降低了成本，并可使用与主管道相同的补扣工艺，形成综合完整的管道防腐体系。The modified PE powder has some bonding power. By spraying the modified PE powder onto the fusion bonded epoxy （FBE） coating, a two -layer powder compound structure coating is shaped, which integrates the advantages of both FBE coating and PE coating. The coating formation process is simplified, the performance is improved and the cost is decreased. It could be used as the field joint coating to match the main pipeline coating and a complete and perfect pipeline coating system could be achieved.
