中药内服外熨合关节模造三联法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：采用自拟活骨通痹灵等系列中药内服、神农元气袋火通熨、动态式髋关节模造、手法按摩松解等方法，收治股骨头缺血性坏死４８６例。治愈３４３例，好转１４３例。临床观察结果表明上述三联疗法，具有改善血液循环，促进骨组织再生及对髋关节的塑形和模造作用。从而缩短了疗程，降低了骨坏死致残率。Four hundred and eighty six cases of ischemic femoral head necrosis were treated by self worked out internally applied serial traditional Chinese preparations (including “HUOGU TONGBI LING”, etc), “SHENNONG YUANQI DAI” (a medicated bag) hot compress, dynamic hip grinding, relaxing massage, and so on. Of 486 cases, 343 were cured, and 143 improved. The results of clinical study suggested that the three combined methods functioned to improve the blood circulation, stimulate the regeneration of bone tissues, remodel and grind the hip joint. The methods could thereby shorten the treatment course, reduce the disable rate of bone necrosis, and achieve the aim of recovering hip function.
