摘　　要：通过对几首美国意象诗和中国古诗中的意象对比赏析,分析了意象诗的主要特点以及与中国古诗中意象的不同之处。Some comparison was made on images between the imagist poems in American and Chinese classical poems,and it shows that images created in Chinese classical poems are loaded with more cultural connotations than those in imagist poems of America.
