摘 要:目的检测SLE患者血清DNA含量并探讨其在SLE发病中的作用。方法用荧光分光光度法测定了63例SLE患者。结果SLE患者血清DNA含量明显高于正常人;活动期患者明显高于缓解期患者,但是伴肾功能损害的患者其血清DNA水平普遍较低。血清DNA水平与血沉、ANA呈正相关;与C3、C4呈负相关;与抗dsDNA抗体无相关;与病情积分呈正相关。结论SLE患者存在DNA的代谢异常,血中DNA在SLE的发生发展中起着一定作用,血清DNA含量的测定可做为判断疾病活动的敏感指标。Objective To measure the content of serum DNA in SLE patients and study the contribution of the abnormality of serum DNA in the development of SLE.Method 63 serum samples of SLE patients were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometer method.Results The content of serum DNA in patients was higher than that in mormal individuals,in patients of active stage was significantly higher than that of resolving stage.The patients with lupus nephritis had a lower serum DNA level compared with non nephritis patients.The serum DNA was positive correlated with ANA,ESR;negative correlated with C 3,C 4. There was no correlation between DNA and anti DNA antibody.In addition,serum DNA concentration was closely positive correlated with the grade of activity of disease.Conclution There was abnormal metabolism of DNA in SLE patients.The DNA in blood circulation plays a important role in the development and progeression of SLE.The serum DNA content can reflect SLE activity more sensitively.
