摘 要:目的:研究中药远志的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱方法对远志乙醇提取物的正丁醇可溶部分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到10个单体化合物,分别鉴定为3,4-二甲氧基桂皮酸(3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid,1)、3,4,5-三甲氧基桂皮酸(3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamylic acid,2)、3,4,5-三甲氧基桂皮酸甲酯(methyl-3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate,3)、sibiricoses A3(4)、sibiricaphenone(5)、polygalatenosides B(6)、polygalaxanthone III(7)、lancerin(8)、2-methoxyhydroquinone(9)、蔗糖(sucrose,10)。结论:化合物1、9、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,5和7为首次从该种植物中分离得到的化合物。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.. Methods: The constituents of n-BuOH-soluble portion were isolated by various chromatographic methods, and chemical structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid (1), 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamylic acid (2), methyl-3,4, 5-trimethoxycinnamate ( 3 ), sibiricoses A3 ( 4 ), sibiricaphenone ( 5 ), polygalatenosides B ( 6 ), polygalaxanthone Ⅲ (7), lancerin ( 8 ) ,2-methoxyhydroquinone (9) and sucrose ( 10 ) . Conclusion: Compounds 1, 9 and 10 were isolated from the genus Polygala L. and 5 and 7 from P. tenuifolia for the first time.
