摘　　要：目的:探讨"哮喘之家"护理模式对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法:将80例门诊患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用一般健康宣教,实验组采用"哮喘之家"模式对患者及家属实施健康指导。将两组患者实施健康指导前后的生活质量进行比较。结果:实施健康指导后实验组在日常活动、日常生活、健康状况、社会支持、前景预测5个维度方面高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:充分运用"哮喘之家"护理模式进行健康教育,对提高支气管哮喘患者生活质量有重要意义。Objective：To discuss the impact of ＂asthma home＂ nursing model on the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods：80 outpatients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups （40 cases for each group）.General health education was given to the patients in the control group and ＂asthma home＂ model was applied to the patients as well as their family members in the experimental group.The quality of life of the patients was compared between the two groups before and after health education and instruction.Results：The daily activities,daily life and health status of the patients,social support and forecast of the patient＇s improvement after health guidance were superior in the experimental group to those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：The ＂asthma home＂ nursing model has the significance in conducting health education to the patients with bronchial asthma and improving their quality of life as well.
