循证护理对冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉旁路移植的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在冠心病合并糖尿病行冠状动脉旁路移植患者围术期的应用效果。方法:对2009年入院的28例冠心病合并糖尿病行冠状动脉旁路移植患者运用循证护理程序实施护理,设为循证组;对2008年入院的23例同种疾病同种手术患者实施常规护理,设为对照组。将术后血糖水平、心功能情况、并发症发生情况、住院天数及住院费用进行比较。结果:循证组术后血糖水平及心功能情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生情况、住院天数及住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用循证护理指导临床实践,能有效控制患者术后血糖,改善心功能情况,减少并发症及住院天数,可提高整体护理服务水平。Objective：To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing care in the perioperative period of coronary artery bypass grafting for the patients with coronary heart disease associated with diabetes mellitus.Methods：The evidence-based nursing procedure was applied to 28 patients who were admitted in 2009 and underwent coronary coronary artery bypass grafting （taken as evidence-based nursing group）.All the patients suffered from coronary heart disease associated with diabetes mellitus.The other 23 patients who were admitted in 2008 and received the same surgery were given routine nursing care （taken as control group）.After surgery,the blood sugar level,heart function,incidence of complications,hospitalization days and costs were compared between the two groups.Results：The postoperative blood glucose levels and heart function of the patients were better in the evidence-based nursing group than those in the control group （P0.05）;the incidence of complications,hospitalization days and costs were significantly less in the evidence-based nursing group than those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Guiding clinical practice with evidence-based nursing care can effectively control postoperative blood sugar level,improve heart function and decrease incidence of complications of the patients so as to reduce hospitalization days and costs and improve the overall standard of nursing care.
