高压注射器在螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压注射器在螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用,争取更好的增强扫描图像,减少使用过程中的意外及并发症。方法:采用德国SENSATION16螺旋CT、美国康高ECT-720高压注射器、20G留置针(BD公司)和双柄30cm长度软管输液针头(贝朗公司),全部使用非离子型造影剂(优维显、欧乃派克和安射力)。结果:本组共增强扫描6700例,其中血管造影1100例;普通脏器增强5600例。6686例获得良好的成像效果,成功率99.79%。发生重度过敏反应1例(0.01%),轻中度反应22例(0.33%)。造影剂注射失败14例(0.21%)。结论:高压注射器注射速度快,图像质量好,有利于病变的定性和提高病灶的检出率,提高肿瘤分期的准确性,是显示和鉴别诊断血管与非血管性病变的有效途径。Objective：To discuss the application of high-pressure syringe in spiral CT enhancement scanning in order to get better scanning image and reduce the accidents and complications in the process of operation.Methods：In the enhancement scanning,Germany SENSATION 16 spiral CT,American ECT-720 high-pressure syringe,20G catheter （BD company） and two-handle 30 cm hose infusion needle （Braun company） and non-ionic contrast agent were used （Ultravist,Omnipaque）.Results：Enhancement scanning was conducted to 6 700 cases,angiography for 1100 cases and normal organ enhancement scan for 5600 cases.The good imaging results were obtained in 6686 cases and the success rate was 99.79%.Severe allergic reactions occurred in 1 case （0.01%）,mild to moderate reaction in 22 cases （0.33%）.Injection of contrast agent failed in 14 cases （0.21%）.Conclusion：The high-pressure syringe,with the advantages of high-speed injection and better image quality,is conducive to the detection of lesions and improvement of the accuracy of tumor staging and is one of effective means of demonstrating and differentiating the diagnosis of vascular and non vascular lesions.
