百色水库自流引水灌溉右江河谷耕地方案研究

摘　　要：百色市下辖的右江区、田阳县、田东县和平果县4个县(区)位于右江河谷山区,是广西著名的桂西北大石山区干旱片区。受地理、地质条件的影响,区域内山高坡陡,土壤覆盖层薄,土地涵养水量能力低,地表水资源十分有限;而纵贯全境的右江,由于河床深切,水低田高,河谷两岸大量耕地无水灌溉,严重影响区域内农业生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高。2005年,右江上游距离百色市22 km的大型多年调节水库——百色水库建成蓄水,为右江河谷提供了.优越的自流引水灌溉水源条件。文章主要对百色水库自流引水灌溉右江河谷耕地方案进行初步研究。Youjiang Region,Tianyang County,Tiandong County and Pingguo County are located in Youjiang River valley and mountain areas.They are Baise city＇s 4 subordinate regions and counties,which are the well-known stone and mountain areas featured by drought.Affected by geological conditions,these areas are featured by high steep mountain,thin soil cover,low capability of containing water and limited water resource on the earth＇ s surface.However,due to the deep-cutted riverbed,and the higher-than-the-water altitude of the field,the irrigation difficulties of the farmland along the stream valley of Zuojiang River flowing across the region seriously affect the development of agriculture and people＇s livelihood of the drainage area.In 2005,the construction of Baise Reservoir,the large-sized regulating reservoir for overyear storage was completed,which is located in the upper reaches of Youjiang River,22 km to Baise city.It provides abundant water source for water division irrigation of Youjiang River valley.The article mainly studies water diversion irrigation project of Baise Reservoir and the case of grain cultivation plan of Youjiang River.
