摘　　要：从塔式高层住宅的定义入手,阐述了其发展演变过程,较为详细的分析了塔式高层住宅的优缺点以及未来发展趋势,进而可以对不同地段、不同档次、不同特点的住宅项目加以探析,以满足市场要求。From the concept of the tower high-rise residence, the paper illustrates its development process, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for the tower high-rise buildings and its future development, and analyzes the residential programs in various sections, levels and characteristies, so as to meet the market needs.
