摘 要:本文采用自动微量点滴法测定我省家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。结果显示:我省家蝇对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、巴沙、敌敌畏均有一定的抗性;抗性水平比五年前有不同程度的发展。Field strains of housefly (M. domestica ) from four cities on Guangdong province , which located at east,south,west,and north,were tested for resistance to four different insecticides by topical application manipulated autmoatically method in comparison with a known susceptible strain. The resistance ratios to Permethrin for the populations from the four cities, Shantou, Shenzhen, Shaoguan and Maoming, were 6. 08, 13. 16, 9. 65, and 1. 64, respectively; to Deltamethrin were 10. 75,17. 3,9. 2,and 5. 55, respectively; to DDVP were 3. 93,7. 78,7. 62, and 3. 62,respectively;to Bassa were 12. 01,17. 42,27. 63,and 3. 68(μg/-(?) ) ,respectively. These results suggested that the M. domestica populations in Guangdong province have developed resistance to permethrin,Deltamethrin,DDVP,and Bassa. However,district differences in resistant levels exist in various populations. This will be valuable in theory and practice for the control of M. domestica in Guangdong province.
