摘 要:为保证井场动力系统的有效配置和高效运行,对选配电动钻机柴油发电机组时功率的计算方法进行研究,提出了一种基于需要系数法确定其功率的工程计算方法——近似需要系数法。针对典型的电动钻机,采用2种方法对其发电机组的功率进行计算和对比,结果表明,近似需要系数法的计算结果更接近井场动力系统的实际配置,计算方法简便、准确、实用,弥补了传统需要系数法存在的不足,可保证井场动力系统高效运行,对电动钻机井场柴油发电机组的选型具有实际应用意义。To ensure the effective configuration and operation of the wellsite power system,the power calculation method to select the diesel generator set of the electric drilling rig was studied and a demand factor method-based engineering calculation method to determine its power was formulated,which is called approximate demand factor method. In terms of the typical electric drilling rig,two methods were used to calculate and compare the powers of the generator set. The result shows that the calculation result of the approximate demand factor method gets closer to the practical configuration of the wellsite power system. The calculation method is simple,accurate and effective,thus removing the weakness of the traditional demand factor method,ensuring the effective operation of the wellsite power system and serving as a practical guide to the selection of the diesel generator set of the electric drilling rig.
