摘　　要：针对螺杆泵在采油过程中经常出现油管倒扣和脱扣的问题,研制了螺杆泵专用锚。该螺杆泵专用锚靠连接体上端的凸轮面可实现自行锚定,螺杆泵不工作时,在弹簧力的作用下又可以自动缩回解锚,减轻了油管柱的载荷,不易造成油管柱弯曲变形,有利于减轻杆管偏磨,提高机械效率,延长杆管寿命。现场5口井的应用中,除GD1-15X522井因地层出砂导致开抽不出液外,其余4口井全部一次性开抽成功,生产正常,液量平稳,未发生油管及抽油杆脱扣等事故。该工具完全能满足螺杆泵生产防倒转的要求。Considering the problem that the back-off and thread-off of the tubing of the screw pump frequently occur in the process of oil production,the special anchor for the screw pump was developed. The anchor depends on the cam surface of the upper end of the connector to achieve automatic anchoring. When the pump is not in operation,it can automatically retract and disanchor with the effect of the spring force,thus reducing the load of the tubing string. It will not cause the flexural deformation of the string easily,facilitate the reduction of the eccentric abrasion of the rod and tube and thus lengthen the service life of the rod and tube. The field application of five wells shows that,except that the sand production of the formation in Well GD1-15X522 prevents the extraction of fluid,the remaining four wells have achieved one-time success of oil production. The production goes smooth and the fluid volume remains stable,with no occurrence of accidents. The tool can completely satisfy the anti-overturning requirement of the screw pump in production.
