摘  要:针对稠油井电加热设备高耗能的现状,以大港油田稠油区块为例,结合稠油井实际生产特点,从提高电加热设备运行效率、油田节能产品、新型能源替代等方面入手,提出稠油井电热杆中压变频控制技术、太阳能加热装置替代高架罐电加热棒技术、太阳能高温热泵技术替代稠油井电加热技术、井口真空相变加热炉替代电加热设备技术等4项节能技术。现场应用表明,4项节能技术节能降耗效果明显,同时开辟了油田节能技术向绿色环保能源转变的新途径。In light of the present situation of the high energy consumption of the electric heating equipment in heavy oil wells,the four energy-saving technologies were introduced in this paper by taking the heavy oil block of Dagang Oilfield as an example,referring to the features of practical production in heavy oil wells and starting from the improvement of the operating efficiency of the electric heater and use of new-type energy resources. These technologies include the medium-voltage inverter control technology of the electric-heating sucker rod,the solar energy heater technology,the solar energy high-temperature heating pump technology,and the wellhead vacuum phase change heating furnace technology. The field application shows that the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effect is remarkable,and at the same time a new route for the conversion of oilfield’s energy-saving technology into green environmental protection energy technology has been opened.
