摘 要:针对水平井、斜井在修井时下井管柱在水平段和斜井段内贴靠在井壁底边,管柱与套管内壁发生多点接触,受摩擦面积大、管柱弯曲等因素影响,使倒扣打捞等操作不能进行旋转,加不上压重等问题,开发了液压倒扣器。该装置通过油管或钻杆连接送入井中,由相应配套的打捞工具捞获被卡管柱,通过地面液压操作,液压倒扣器动力部分产生左旋扭矩,此扭矩直接从倒扣器锚定部分传递给落鱼,使落鱼左旋,卸开落鱼管柱上的螺纹,实现了不旋转管柱进行倒扣施工,解决了水平井、斜井及丛式井旋转管柱扭矩过大、传递扭矩困难等难题。In workover operation of horizontal wells and deflecting wells,there exists multi-point attachment between the string and the inner wall of the casing,resulting in the operation of rotation and adding weight being unable to be carried out during back-off fishing. Thereby a hydraulic back-off tool was developed. The tool runs into the well through connected with tubing or drill pipe,the frozen string is fished up by the corresponding matching fishing tool through ground hydraulic operation. The power section of the hydraulic back-off tool produces laevorotatory torque which is transmitted to the fish from the anchoring part of the tool directly and makes the fish turn left and releases the thread of the fish string. The tool achieves the back-off operation without turning the string,and solves the problem with the torque force transmission for pipe string rotation in horizontal wells.
