摘　　要：目的该课题主要提供一种适宜随身携带的"急助信息卡",旨在确保疗养安全万无一失。方法信息卡作为疗养期间疗养员的身份证明,入院时发放,在进出疗养院、图书馆、餐厅、活动中心以及外出散步、参观游览时佩戴。结果疗养意外事件发生率降低,疗养安全系数显著提高,优质服务满意度提升。结论该卡为疗养员出行安全提供保障,各种医疗护理安全隐患均得到前馈控制。Objective The subject mainly provided a portable emergency aid information card, which was designed to ensure absolute security of convalescence.Methods As identification of recuperator during recuperation, these information cards were handed out on admission and wore in and out of sanatorium, library, dining hall, activity center as well as during going out for a walk and a sightseeing visit. Results The incidence rate of accident was reduced and safety coefficient of convalescence and degree of satisfac- tion of high-quality service were obviously increased.Conclusion The card can provides security for travel.All kinds of hidden dangers of nursing safety are under the feedforward control.
