摘 要:配电网重构是一个组合优化问题,它不仅是配电系统循环控制的重要方法,也是配电管理系统的重要组成部分.随着智能技术的不断发展,用智能算法解决组合优化问题成为一种可能.在配电网重构时,当以最小开关操作程度作为目标函数就可转化为线性规划问题;以最小网损为目标函数,可转化为混合整数线性规划问题.基于配电线路重构模型,以最小开关操作程度和最小网损为目标函数,用Tabu搜索方法解决组合优化问题,最后验证了此方法的合理性和可用性.Distribution network reconfiguration is a problem of combination and optimization.It's not only an important method in distribution system's circulating and control,but also an important part of distribution management system.With the development of intelligent technology these years,it is possible to solve the problem of combination and optimization using intelligent algorithm.Researching distribution network reconfiguration,when the target function is the least on-off operation degree,it turns to be a problem of integer linear programming;when the target function is the least net loss,it turns to be a problem of linearity mixed integer programming.This paper based on the distribution feeder reconfiguration model which considering the least on-off operation degree and the least net loss as the target,solves the combination and optimization problem very well using Tabu search algorithm.The result validates the validity and reliability of the algorithm.
