活血素(Vasobral)对家蚕生命力的影响及其作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探索活血素对家蚕生命力及产卵的影响及其作用机制。方法以家蚕为抗衰老模型，观察活血素对蚕体重、蚕质、雌蛾生命、蛾产卵数，又检查大鼠口服活血素后的病理及超微结构变化。结果活血素能促进家蚕幼虫期生长发育，提高蛹期茧质量，延长雌蛾生命，并能产生更多卵子。通过大鼠实验其机理可能是活血素保持了完整线粒体功能，提高ＡＴＰ酶活性，扩张脏器组织微血管，使红细胞充盈，改善供血和供氧。结论应用活血素后大鼠超微结构变化可能是有助于家蚕生长发育原因之一，这亦可能是人类延缓衰老机制之一。Objective Vasobral has been widely used in treating cerebrovascular insufficiency,the silkworm were used to study the effect of Vasobral on vitality. Methods Silkworm Bombyxmori were used as an anti ageing model for observing the effect of Vasobral.The influences of Vasobral on pathological and ultra structural changes of rat hepatocytes were also studied.Results Vasobral improved the development of larval and adult stages,enhanced the vitality and increased the quantity and quality of ovum.The pathological examination revealed than mitodrondria of brain hippocampus were kept in good state,and hyperemia and dilation of vas capillare occurred in organs.Positive staining of ATP in hippocampus of Vasobral group was more prominent that in control group.Conclusions These changes may explain that Vasobral promotes a good development for all stages of Bombyxmori and may have anti ageing effect.
