摘 要:目的探讨个人深入访谈法在医生工作满意度量表编制中的应用。方法采用个人深入访谈法,对潍坊市二级、三级公立医院医生和部分社区卫生服务站人员共34人进行访谈。结果通过访谈发现,收入、医患关系、人际关系等对医生工作满意度的影响较大。并以这些影响因素为原始资料,编制医生工作满意度量表的项目库。结论个人深入访谈法可以挖掘出访谈对象内心最真实的想法,在医生工作满意度量表的编制中具有非常重要的作用。Objective To study the application of In - depth individual interview method on survey of physician job satisfaction. Method To interview 34 subjects from grade - second and third public hospitals and partial stations of community health service of Wei Fang city by In - depth individual interview. Result Through the interview we found that income, doctor - patient relationship, social connection and other factors play very important roles in influencing physician job satisfaction. Based on the factors, the items of physician job satisfaction survey were established. Conclusion The In - depth individual interview can reflect the real thoughts of the subjects, which can make great effect on the establishment process of the physician job satisfaction survey.
