摘　　要：文章从专家视角,分析项目在实施过程中取得的成效和存在的不足,提出相关建议,为上海市公共卫生事业的发展提供借鉴和指导。The paper discussed the expert assessment of the ＂new three - year action plan for public health＂ excellent academic leaders＇project. By analyzing the achievements and shortages of this project at the process of implementation from the experts＇point of view, the paper put forward some advices and measures to promote the development of public health actively.
