摘　　要：分析比较了"药品零加成"在重庆市江北区某卫生院的实施成效,探究该政策对于缓和、解决群众"看病难、看病贵"问题、医疗卫生机构行为的合理化问题以及医疗卫生补偿机制不合理等问题的影响与作用,并提出了进一步完善该政策的建议和意见。The pilot ＂zero - plus cost for drugs＂ policy was carried out in township hospitals in Jiangbei District. The paper compare the implementation results of ＂zero -plus cost for drugs＂ policy, explore the policy for the detente, in solving ＂medical treatment is difficult and expensive＂ problem behavior of medical and health institutions as well as rationalization of health care is unreasonable compensation mechanism the impact and role of such issues, and put forward proposals to further improve the policy and views.
