摘　　要：目的对四川省2007年各市州CT机配置情况及公平性进行分析,为卫生行政部门优化卫生资源配置提供科学依据。方法通过绘制洛伦兹曲线,计算基尼系数(Gini系数)和密度指数HRDI等方法,评价四川省CT机按人口及地理分布的公平性。结果四川省CT机总量合理,人口公平性较好但地理公平性差,民族地区设备资源严重缺乏。结论应通过总量控制、政策倾斜、引导卫生服务需求以及积极寻找资源共享等模式提高CT机配置的公平性。Objective To analyze allocation and equity of CT machines in Sichuan Province in 2007 to provide evidence for the optimization allocation of health resources by health administrative departments. Method By drawing the Lorenz curve, calculating Gini coefficient and density index of HRDI and using other methods to evaluate equity of CT machines by population and geographical distribution in Sichuan Province. Result The total number of CT machines was reasonable, the population equity was good but the geography equity was bad, especially in minority areas there was in a serious lack of equipment resources. Conclusion the allocation equity of CT machines should be improved through total control, preferential policies, guiding demand for health services and actively seeking to resource sharing model.
