动态血压记录仪测量准确性的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究以公认测量血压比较准确的汞柱式血压计听诊为标准，通过比较英国OxfordMedilog动态血压监测记录仪测得的血压值，观察了该记录仪测量血压的准确性。在测量中以三通管将汞柱式血压计与英国OxfordMedilog动态血压监测记录仪相连，在记录仪测量血压的同时进行听诊。又在人为设计的可能影响其测量准确性的状态下，进行了测量对比。结果表明，该记录仪准确性较好，尤以测量收缩压更加准确。各状态下，仅在记录仪传感器相对于袖带垂直方向上下移动时产生非常显著的误差，提示在实际测量时应该避免这一错误操作。This paper introduces the accuracy research of an ambulatary bldri pressure recorder with a sphygmomanometer of mercury column, which has been considered as the more accurate measuring in strument, as the contrast standard in the test. It has been shown through contrast of beth measuring results that the accuracy of Oxford Medilog ambulatory blood pressure recorder is satisfactory, especial ly while measuring the systolic pressure. During the measurement, the Oxford Medilog recorder and the sphygmomanometer are connected together through a three - way pipe so as to measure the recorder at the sarne time based on both ways. Moreover, different conditions are deliberately created, which are taken as the possible influencing factors for the puopse of reliable testing results. It has been shown that the Oxford Medilog recorder appears obvious errors only when its sensor is moved up or down along the Perpendicular of the cuff,which should be prevented during practical measurement.
