摘　　要：项目是建筑施工企业业务的核心,而全面预算管理又是项目管理的重要内容,ERP系统则是一种较好的全面预算管理工具。但是,标准ERP系统却无法满足建筑施工企业全面预算管理的需求。为此,提出了ERP软件商必须针对建筑施工企业全面预算管理的特点来开发ERP系统,在满足全面预算管理一般需求的基础上,还要结合项目管理的特点采取一些个性化解决方案才能满足建筑施工企业全面预算管理的特殊需求。Since the ploy ERP （Enterpri portant part of the project is the heart of the construction enterprises business it is advisable to erase Resources Planning） as a tool in the overall budget management which is an iraproject management, However, the standard ERP system is inadequate to meet the demand of the overall budget management of construction enterprises, it is suggested that ERP software vendors should develop ERP system according to the characteristics of construction enterprises＇ overall budget management. Individuality should be taken the consideration of in program designing to meet the conventional requirement of the overall budget management and the special demand of construction enterprises as well.
