摘　　要：阅读疗法对大学生心理健康具有独特的教育作用，高校图书馆通过积极的宣传和引导，科学地开展阅读疗法，能够显著提高当前大学生的心理健康水平。Reading therapy has a special educational effect on university students＇psychological health. Through active publicity and guidance, and carrying out reading therapy scientifically, we can improve the level of university students＇ psychological health considerably.
