摘　　要：采用一种效用模型分析商业贿赂产生的条件及其原因,并提出反商业贿赂的具体措施:尽量减少或杜绝租源;完善和强化惩治机制;在政府职能领域"竞争"与"高薪"并行;保持政治经济稳定和社会和谐。In anti-business bribe,we must take such steps as innovating the system,whacking and trouncing bribe behaviors,making the mechanism in effect for long time and giving officials higher salary to ensure their probity.In this paper,the conditions and terms causing business bribe are analyzed and the measures of anti-business bribe put forward by using an avail model.
