不同IBA和6-BA浓度对巴斗杏离体腋芽增殖的影响

摘　　要：本研究以淮北巴斗杏茎段为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究不同浓度6-BA和IBA对芽增殖的影响.结果表明:采用4、5月份巴斗杏茎段,0.1%升汞灭菌时间8 min,6-BA浓度1.0 mg/mL,IBA浓度为0.1mg/L时茎段增殖和生长最适宜.In this study,Huaibei croton apricot was experimental explant to study the buds proliferation of various different concentrations of 6-BA and IBA.The results showed that： using the April and May croton apricot explants,sterilizing 8 min,the most suitable of the stem proliferation 6-BA and IBA were 1.0 mg/mL and 0.1 mg/L.
