摘　　要：默顿系统地提出和阐述了科学规范.科学规范包含普遍主义原则、公有主义原则、非谋利性原则和有组织的怀疑主义原则等四个基本规范.科学规范有助于"扩展被证实了的知识"和培养研究生负责任研究行为.Merton was formulated the norms of science systematically.The normative system of science which includes four fundamental norms,i.e.universalism,communism,disinterestedness and organized skepticism.Scientific norms can help＂the extension of certified knowledge＂and introduction to the responsible conduct of research.
