摘 要:研究了玉米不同生育期植株体表及体内微生物的变化情况,结果表明:同一器官、组织不同生育期的微生物种类和数量不同.以根际、根内、叶表、叶内微生物总数为例,根系在玉米吐丝期微生物数量最多,达到176.3×10^cuf/g,而叶片系统在4叶1心期最多,为308×10^2cuf/g.各器官的最大量并不出现在同一生育期中.同一生育期内玉米不同器官、组织的微生物种类和数量也不同.根际微生物的数量大于根内、叶内、叶表.茎内、种子内部及表面微生物种类与数量明显少于其它器官.玉米各器官中的微生物总量随生育期的进展呈波浪状变化.The type and amout of microbe on the surface and in vivo of different period of maize was studied in this paper. The result shows that the type and the amout of microbe are varied in the same organ and tissue of different period of maize. Take the microbe in the rhizosphere and root, on the surface and in vivo of leaf as example. The maize at the spinning period has the most amount of microbe in root, which is 176.3×10^5 cur/g, while the maize at the four leaves stage has the most amout of microbe in the leaf system, which is 308×10^2 cuf/g. The most amount of microbe didn't appear at the same period in different organs. The amount and type of microbe are also varied with the organ and the tissue in the same period. The microbe amount in rhizosphere is more than in root, also more than in and on the surface of the leaf. The type and amount in the stem and in the seed is less than in the other organs. The total amount of microbe fluctuates with the maize growth.
