氨基酸液肥对美人酥梨果实品质和产量的影响

摘　　要：以美人酥梨为试材,研究了喷施氨基酸液肥对果实水分、干物质、可溶性固形物和总酸含量,平均单果重以及产量的影响.试验结果表明,喷施氨基酸液肥后,果实可溶性固形物含量极显著提高,平均单果重和果实干物质含量有所增加,水分和总酸含量有所下降,增产效果明显.Influence of spraying liquid amino acid fertilizer on fruit moisture, dry matter, soluble solid, total acid, mean fruit weight and yield was studied in ‘Meirensu＇. The results showed that after spraying liquid amino acid fertilizer, the content of soluble solid was very significantly increased; the mean fruit weight and the content of dry matter were slightly increased; fruit moisture and total acid in fruit were slightly decreased; the good stimulation effect was obtained.
