摘 要:通过对比紫外分光光度法和酚二磺酸法测定蔬菜硝酸盐含量的准确性和可行性,结果表明:紫外分光光度法的测定结果平行性和重现性比酚二磺酸法好;紫外分光光度法测定蔬菜硝酸盐的结果与酚二磺酸法的测定结果存在显著差异,这个差异可能是由于提取样中的干扰因素去除不彻底造成的.紫外分光光度法应用于蔬菜硝酸盐的测定技术需要进一步的研究和探索才能应用于实践.The accuracy and feasibility were studied replacing phenol disulfonic acid method by UV-spectrophotometry method in this paper.The result showed that: parallel and recurring of the data were determined by the UV-spectrophotometry method are better than phenol disulfonic acid method,but the result of nitric nitrogen determination of two methods the UV-spectrophotometry method and the disulfonic acid method exists remarkable difference.This difference is from interfering factors which is not removed completely in the distilling water sample by the UV-spectrophotometry method,so this determination method applies in the vegetables nitric nitrogen require further research and the exploration,can apply in the practice.
