摘 要:从12例疑似副猪嗜血杆菌病患病猪的关节液和腹膜中分离2株革兰氏阴性细小杆菌,经PCR鉴定,确定分离的2株菌为副猪嗜血杆菌.根据肠杆菌基因间保守重复序列(EnterobacterialRepetitive Intergenic Consensus,ERIC),设计一对特异性引物,应用ERIC-PCR技术研究了副猪嗜血杆菌2个分离菌株的指纹图谱.结果表明,2个分离株的PCR指纹图谱基本一致,应为同一基因型;与已知15个标准血清型指纹图谱相比较可分辨出2分离株可能为血清5型.该研究可为副猪嗜血杆菌的流行病学调查及基因分子分型快速诊断方法提供基础.Two strains of Gram-negative bacillus isolated from joint fluid and peritoneum of the suspected specimens were identified as Haemophilus parasuis based on polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The fingerprints of two HPs strains were analyzed by ERIC-PCR with the primer pairs designed according to enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus(ERIC)from H.parasuis.The results suggested that the fingerprints of two HPs strains were identical with each other,which should be differentiated the 2 isolates into the same genotyping.By comparing to the known fingerprints of 15 serotypes of H.parasuis,the 2 isolates were identified as the fifth serotypes.The results of the present investigation provide relevant basis for researching epidemiolopy and molecular typing of H.parasuis.
