摘 要:在双螺杆挤出机上,采用母料法制备出尼龙66/SiO2纳米复合材料,并测试了其力学性能。测试结果表明,纳米复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量较纯尼龙66均有较大程度的提高,但缺口冲击强度有所降低。此外,也研究了该纳米复合材料的动态热机械性能,发现采用母料法制备工艺能够增加纳米复合材料的储能模量和损耗因子,但其对玻璃化转变温度影响并不明显。The PA66-based nanocomposites containing nano-SiO2 were prepared in a twin-screw extruder by masterbatch method,and the mechanical properties of nanocomposites were tested.The results of mechanical testing showed that the tensile strength and elastic modulus of nanocomposites were all reinforced compared with neat PA66,but notched impact strength exhibited a decreasing trend with the addition of silica nanoparticles.In addition,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) of nanocomposites was studied in this paper,too.The results indicated that the preparation technology of masterbatch method could increase storage modulus and loss factor of nanocomposites and its effect on glass transition temperature of nanocomposites was not obvious.
