摘　　要：当前禽流感防控形势日趋严峻,在禽流感防控管理方式落后的情况下,为了适应禽流感防疫工作需要,设计并实现了县市级禽流感防控综合管理平台。该管理平台集禽流感免疫、检疫、监督、监控于一体,并自动生成报告。为防疫应急指挥提供辅助管理和决策参考,并且通过快速追踪病源,及时采取应对措施。Facing the fact that Avian Influenza has becoming more and more rampant, the development of municipal trol system is a pressing issue; design and implement a management platform that integrates immunization, quarantine, supervision and detection of avian influenza, and generates report automatically. It can also offer management and decision-making assistance for animal immunization emergency command, and help taking relevant action by tracing the source of epidemic quickly.
